About Us
Who we are
ZeuSports is an online outdoor and sports equipment store founded in 2024 and operated by ZEUSPORTS LLC in Vancouver, Washington. We sell gear from more than 20 established sports and outdoor brands, including Beal, SCOTT, Black Diamond, LEKI, RUDY PROJECT, SALEWA and SALICE.
Our focus is straightforward: carry specialist product for climbing, hiking, trail running, cycling, tennis and skiing, and describe it accurately enough that you can make a decision without having to call us first.
What you can expect
- Shipping. We ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 states). Orders are processed within 2 days of placement, and estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout - see our Shipping policy.
- Returns. A 14-day return window applies to items returned in unworn, original condition with tags and packaging. Sale items are final sale, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Full details are in our Refund policy.
- Product information. Materials, specifications, sizing and any safety certifications shown on a product page come from the manufacturer. Where a brand publishes certification details for a model - for example helmet or climbing hardware standards - we reproduce them on that product page.
- Pricing. The price, colourways and sizes shown on a product page reflect what is currently offered on zeusports.com, and are confirmed in your order summary before payment.
- Support. Email help@zeusports.com or call +1 (949) 546-9387 and a member of our team will answer.
