Shipping policy

Where we ship.

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories and possessions at this time.

Processing and delivery time.

Orders are processed within 2 days of placement. After processing, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary by destination within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost and free shipping.

Shipping is not free. We do not offer free shipping based on order value, quantity, or customer status. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address you enter, and are paid by the customer.

Shipping promotions.

From time to time we run promotions on selected dates that reduce shipping charges. Any such promotion is temporary, applies only to the advertised orders, and does not change the rules above. The terms of each promotion apply while the offer is active.

Carrier.

Orders are shipped via DHL.

Returns.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, as described in our Refund Policy (14-day window; sale items are final sale).
